Our Magnesium supplement is complete. It contains all 5 natural forms of magnesium: oxide, hydroxide, sulfate, carbonate and chloride. Our bodies can easily recognise minerals when they’re taken from natural sources rather than synthetically created, so that’s exactly what we do.
We use evaporation and natural purification techniques to clean the mineral salts and gently extract the magnesium. It’s chemical-free and pure – just the way magnesium should be.
